️ **Now Hiring: Plastic Extruder Operators** ️
**Location:**Niles, Ohio
**Schedule:** Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
**Pay:** $15.00 per hour
**No Experience? No Problem – We Train!**
1️⃣ Set speed & temperature on machines to get the right size, shape, and thickness ⚙️
2️⃣ Change dies, adjust, and calibrate machinery for each setup
3️⃣ Fill boxes or roll up extruded products to specific lengths
4️⃣ Keep your work area clean and organized
5️⃣ Work as a team to solve issues quickly and safely ### ️ **Shift Schedule (Rotates Every 2 Weeks):**
**Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
**Afternoon Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
**Night Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ### **Perks & Benefits:**
