You will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of participants, ensuring proper documentation, and delivering effective behavioral health interventions. You will conduct thorough behavioral health assessments, develop care plans, and provide counseling, symptom management, crisis intervention, and arrange necessary services. Additionally, you will train staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions to improve patient outcomes.Must Have:Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other relevant behavioral therapies.Knowledge and ability to apply appropriate safety precautions and procedures in behavioral interventions.1-3 years of experience working with individuals in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents.Strong documentation and reporting skills to ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.Nice to Have:Experience in a MHRC (Mental Health Rehabilitation Center) environment.Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems.Additional certifications in behavioral health or therapeutic interventions.Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Pay Transparency StatementCompensation for roles varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
