CS CSU O&M Training Specialist – LNG Project An LNG production and export facility in Texas is seeking an experienced O&M Training Specialist with strong knowledge of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) delivery and technical training for LNG or hydrocarbon facilities. Contract: 1-year with possibility of extension Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, on-site, per diem provided. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver OTS Training for operations personnel during both home office and site phases Develop and implement training programs, scenarios, and assessments Coordinate with project and client teams to ensure compliance with training plans Supervise training logistics, materials, and quality reviews to improve effectiveness Support the preparation of operational manuals, safety/security procedures, and compliance with federal and state requirements Represent the Training Manager when required and provide operational guidance to assigned trainees Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years of directly related work experience Minimum 5 years in training and development for operations personnel in complex processing plants (LNG or hydrocarbons preferred) Hands-on experience with OTS Training methodologies and delivery Proven ability to develop and present effective training materials, reports, and technical content Knowledge of operations and maintenance projects, training programs, and competency development If you have experience delivering OTS Training in LNG or large-scale hydrocarbon facilities and want to be part of a major U.S. LNG project, we’d like to connect with you.
