Onboarding Manager

Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America Full Time Operations Onboarding Manager Miestro is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Manager to join our team. As an Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of new clients and ensuring that they are properly onboarded onto our software platform. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for onboarding Ensure that clients are provided with comprehensive training on our platform Coordinate with various teams within the organization to ensure that all client needs are met during the onboarding process Actively manage client expectations and communicate progress updates to stakeholders Develop and implement onboarding best practices and continuously improve our onboarding process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 3+ years of experience in project management or onboarding Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in SaaS onboarding or related industry a plus Familiarity with CRM and project management tools Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary package and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and learning for our employees.
