About the Role LensCrafters, a leading vision care brand under EssilorLuxottica, invites a Part‑Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experience to customers. Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed. Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff. Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills. Adaptability to new technology and change with a high level of accuracy. Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a fast‑changing environment.
