As the 3rd largest security services provider, our 175k+ team members in 36 countries combine and adapt global best practices to match the unique nature of each market we serve and partner with Electronic Security, Global Risk Services, CyberSecurity, and Remote Services (iSOC) divisions to create meaningful 'Hybrid Security' solutions for Prospects.Job DetailsDuties and responsibilities:Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.Train in multiple locations and cover when needed.Be adaptable to schedule changesHave availability to work more than two shifts to cover where the operator needs you to be scheduled depending on coverage needs.Qualifications:21+ years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Must have a valid NYS Security LicenseMust have overnight availabilityCapable of following complex instructionsStrong interpersonal skillsWillingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.Knowledge of security operations and proceduresSchedule: Friday - 16:00pm - 00:00amSaturday - 08:00am - 16:00pm & 16:00pm - 00:00amSunday - 16:00pm - 00:00am(Weekend and Weekdays Availability)Hourly Pay: $19.49 (Weekly Pay)EEO Statement:Prosegur is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity and inclusion at our company.
