## Title
Cardiology Registered Nurse

## Schedule
Days; 9am - 5:30pm

## Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

## Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of two years of cardiovascular clinic experience and/or hospital nursing experience
- Preferred: Two years of experience in a critical care or cardiac inpatient unit
- Preferred: Two years of telemetry monitoring experience

## Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a team environment to coordinate patient care in the Cardiology Clinic.
- Provide education to patients regarding cardiovascular conditions and treatment options.
- Assist in the pre and post-operative education for cardiology and electrophysiology procedures.
- Triage patients' physical symptoms as needed and consult with cardiologists or electrophysiologists.
- Ensure effective transition of care management and proper understanding of discharge medications.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
