What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels and monitor raw material deliveries
• Maintain the facility's professional appearance, image, and security, while providing job training, supporting employee career development, and supervising personnel fairly to promote motivation and empowerment
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency
• Manage day-to-day employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports with accuracy and detail
• Support the efficient distribution of products while maintaining professional interactions with internal and external customers
• Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor the proper usage of plant assets

What Makes You Great

• Bachelor of science preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, or 1-2 years of cylinder processor-lead experience preferred
• Production or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of each
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CU
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay Range: $80,168 - $84,000
