Dedicated Care Team to assist with care gaps, patient outreach, care management, post-ER and admission monitoring, post-discharge follow-up care, and RX support.

$700k guarantee (with 50% of net profits after breakeven) + $500k signing incentive.  As a shareholder, will receive a percentage of the net income from onsite chemo-therapy infusions.  90% oncology, 10% hematology.  Join a newly established service line with growth opportunity.  Partner with a team of experienced Hematologist/Oncologists.
