The Human Resources Generalist at 2J Supply provides day-to-day support in human resource functions, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and employee relations. In addition, the HR Generalist will be responsible for administrative duties on the HR team – benefits and leave administration, payroll, and employee files. The HRBP will work closely with numerous departments to drive safety initiatives and ensure that policies and processes are followed. This position will report to the Manager of Human Resources at 2J Supply. This position will serve our 2J Supply business unit , located in Dayton, OH . This is an on-site position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
