Marketing CoordinatorThis is an on-site position in Dallas, TX.Twin Peaks is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support national and local marketing initiatives across our growing system of lodges. This role is critical in driving execution across campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and in-lodge marketing efforts, while supporting the CMO and Senior Directors on key initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a strong mix of creativity, operational discipline, and communication skills. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams, franchise partners, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and rollout of national marketing campaigns, LTOs, and promotional calendarsCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and agency partnersAssist in building and distributing marketing toolkits to support field executionAct as a liaison between Marketing and lodge-level operators for LSM requests and initiativesHelp evaluate and track LSM efforts to ensure alignment with brand standards and ROI expectationsSupport execution of market-specific campaigns, events, and partnershipsAssist with CRM initiatives including email campaigns, segmentation, and offer deploymentSupport updates across digital platforms including online ordering, listings management, and reputation channelsCoordinate with agency partners on paid media, social, and digital campaign executionHelp manage day-to-day communication with external partners including creative, media, PR, and print vendorsTrack deliverables, timelines, and invoicing to ensure alignment with budgets and deadlinesAssist in maintaining organized records of campaigns, assets, and vendor communicationsCoordinate development and distribution of in-lodge marketing materials including promo papers, POS, and signageEnsure materials align with brand standards and are delivered on time to support campaign launchesWork with cross-functional teams to align marketing materials with operational capabilitiesTrack campaign performance and assist in compiling recaps and insightsMonitor key metrics including traffic drivers, offer redemption, and engagementSupport data-driven decision-making by maintaining organized reporting dashboardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitalityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetExperience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is a plusPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Fishbowl/Personica)Experience with digital marketing channels including paid social and emailWorking knowledge of tools like Canva, PicMonkey, JotForm, or project management platformsInterest in sports, hospitality, and experiential marketingAdditional InformationThis job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications for this role.
