Clinical Data Warehouse Development
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Sycamore Clinical Data Warehouse solutions and related data pipelines.
- Perform data model impact analysis for new enhancements, integrations, and study changes.
- Design and optimize reconciliation logic to ensure clinical data consistency and integrity.
- Support inspection analytics and reporting capabilities for clinical and regulatory needs.
- Manage metadata and configuration updates within the Sycamore platform.
- Execute controlled changes and support validation activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor dashboards, user provisioning, and platform access management activities.
- Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and reporting issues.
- Participate in validation testing activities and documentation updates.
- Support audit readiness and compliance with GxP and clinical data governance standards.
- Collaborate with QA and business teams during change management and release cycles.
- Work closely with clinical data management, analytics, and IT teams to support business requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders for issue resolution and platform improvements.
- Provide technical recommendations for data architecture and optimization opportunities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sycamore Clinical Data Warehouse (CDW) development.
- Experience with:
- Data model impact analysis
- Reconciliation logic design
- Inspection analytics support
- Clinical reporting and analytics
- Knowledge of clinical trial data flows and clinical data standards.
- Experience supporting regulated clinical systems and validation processes.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
