With three growing locations, we are rapidly becoming one of the largest restoration providers in the Northeast.HoursFull-time, permanent, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, optional overtime included.Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.CertificationsWater and/or Mold CertificationDuties and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a crew of technicians on mitigation and disaster response jobsPerform initial loss inspections, moisture mapping, scoping, and structural assessmentsSet up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, etc.) according to protocolConduct water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and emergency mitigation following IICRC standardsComplete accurate and timely job documentation, including moisture logs, photos, and required software entries (MICA and proprietary systems)Communicate job progress, customer updates, and issues to the Project Manager and clientsTrain, mentor, and support junior technicians to ensure quality performanceMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all timesEnsure tools, supplies, and company vehicles are properly maintained and in good working orderServe as the on-site point of contact, providing excellent customer service and answering questionsParticipate in the 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to after-hours and weekend emergenciesDrive company vehicles, trucks, trailers, and related machinery as neededPerform other duties as assignedBonus OpportunitiesEarn an average of $3-4k per year through our specialty pay programs, including:Emergency Response Pay for after-hours callsCAT Specialty PayMold Specialty PayQualifications2 years or more relevant experienceValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.Ability to lift 60 lbs.Benefits Include:Weekly PayWeekly Bonus OpportunitiesGenerous PTOHoliday PayHealthcare/Dental Insurance/VisionGenerous 401k Program with company matchReferral ProgramTenure ProgramCompensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
