Work for us part-time and enjoy more control over your schedule, giving you extra time with family and friends! This position requires three days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday. Once fully trained, occasional Saturday availability may be required. He/she will be responsible for patient safety, physical assessments, clinical documentation, treatment plans, continuous communication with clinical staff, tracking of outcomes, and patient education. He/she will assume responsibility for providing quality and timely care for all patients. This person will enable the team of providers to make appropriate decisions to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care.
