Data Management Specialist

Title: Data Entry Specialist Location: Hybrid in Alsip, IL Comp Range: $50,852 - $76,277 Griffith Foods is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to communicate formula and product information to manufacturing sites and cross‑functional departments for commercialization. Responsibilities Maintaining Master Formula Data information in Griffith Applications by following written protocols and procedures. Ensuring information that is received is complete and accurate prior to executing updates or changes in any system. This position is related to the correct set up of every new item sold by Griffith Foods US. A critical error in data could lead to incorrect production of product with potential Health & Safety implications and/or product recall. Communicating internally as a formula information resource for R&D Scientists, Samples Team, Regulatory and other departments on an ongoing basis. Troubleshooting formula related matters to ensure samples and operations can be manufactured without issues or delays. Location and Travel This role is affiliated to the Alsip, IL location, and candidates for this role need to reside within a commutable distance to that location. You will be required to come into that location and may be asked to travel to other locations periodically for meetings. Qualifications Have a strong attention to detail. Have extensive experience in entering data, as well as organizing and providing that data to cross‑functional teams. Can handle and maintain confidential formulas and technical information with a high level of confidentiality. Have strong communication skills. Are willing to learn new skills and frequently adapt to change. Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and D365 for data management. Have research and reconciliation skills in order to troubleshoot issues that arise. Associate's degree preferred but not required. Extensive experience in data entry requires extreme accuracy. A proven track record of exceptional attention to detail. Willingness to work onsite in Alsip, IL 3‑5 days per week.
