Registered Nurse, Home Health 10k Sign On Bonus (Eligible)

Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, document changes, and report them to the physician and Clinical Manager. Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and treatment options. Maintain accurate records of patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Oversee the work of Home Health Aides, ensuring completion of documentation. Use your expertise to make a positive impact on patient recovery and well‑being. Complete required Tuberculosis screening and comply with a driver safety program, including maintaining valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance. Required Qualifications Experience in medical‑surgical, ICU, ER, or acute settings. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure. Current CPR certification. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications One year of nursing experience. Prior Home Health experience. Pay Range $49.00‑$69.00 per visit/unit; $77,200‑$106,200 per year base pay. Pay may vary by geographic location and individual qualifications.
