Job Description

You'll support Project Managers and Superintendents on ground‑up commercial and industrial projects and get hands‑on experience across all phases of construction.

• Assist with project coordination from preconstruction through close‑out
• Help manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and scope reviews
• Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and schedule updates
• Coordinate with field teams to keep jobs organised and moving
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Learn the full project lifecycle with a clear path to Project Manager

The Successful Applicant

For this Assistant Project Manager role, we're looking for someone who has:

• At least one year of experience in commercial or industrial construction (GC side preferred)
• Experience supporting ground‑up projects
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A good attitude, willingness to learn, and accountability
