Job Description

The warehouse worker safely moves finished goods, supports daily warehouse operations, and maintains accurate inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. This role involves frequent lifting, operating a sit-down forklift as needed, and working efficiently within a food processing environment on a consistent second-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts occasionally to move finished goods to designated locations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Frequently get on and off the forklift to support loading, unloading, and material handling tasks.
• Lift and move items weighing up to and above 35 pounds throughout the shift.
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving orders.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory, confirm picks, and update stock locations.
• Handle materials using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to stage and organize products.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yadkinville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
