IntePros Federal is searching for a Strategic Growth Lead who is ready to do more than manage a pipeline - someone who wants to build , shape , and ultimately lead the growth function of a rapidly expanding federal technology innovator.

This role is intentionally designed for a high‑performer with a trajectory into our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) position. You will not inherit a legacy system - you will create the playbook , shape the strategy , and build the team that drives our next era of federal growth.

You will own the opportunity lifecycle from early shaping through award, working directly with executive leadership and elite technical teams. Your success will directly influence our corporate trajectory - and position you to step into the CGO role.

What You Will Lead Drive Strategic Wins

• Lead end‑to‑end capture for $5M-$100M definitive contracts and task orders.

• Shape opportunities early through customer intimacy, mission understanding, and competitive strategy.

• Guide cross‑functional pursuit teams with a relentless focus on increasing pWin.

• Lead proposal strategy with solution architects, pricing leads, and proposal managers.

Build Profitable Growth

• Analyze budgets, procurement trends, competitive landscapes, and agency priorities.

• Maintain a disciplined, qualified pipeline aligned to growth and margin targets.

• Deliver accurate forecasting and strategic insights to executive leadership.

Master Federal Relationships

• Build trusted‑advisor relationships with Contracting Officers, PMs, mission stakeholders, and industry partners.

• Engage in RFIs, Sources Sought, draft RFPs, capability briefings, and market research.

• Position IntePros effectively within NAICS structures, vehicles, and set‑aside strategies.

Engineer High‑Impact Teaming

• Develop teaming strategies including JVs, mentor‑protégé agreements, and strategic subs.

• Identify partners that expand offerings, strengthen positioning, and amplify competitiveness.

Who Thrives Here You Have:

• 7+ years of federal BD/capture experience in IT services and solutions.

• A proven track record of competitive contract wins you personally shaped and led.

• Existing relationships within DOJ, DOW, DHS, EPA, DOE, or NOAA.

• Deep knowledge of federal procurement (GWACs, OTAs, SBIRs, definitive contracts).

• A strong network across the DMV federal ecosystem.

• A clear desire to grow into an executive leadership role .

Location & Travel

Remote with frequent travel across the DMV for customer and partner engagement. Monthly travel outside the region for conferences and industry events. Access to our downtown DC office for meetings and collaboration.
