Program Manager II - Program Management

Catalent

Program Manager II will oversee biologics manufacturing and development programs at a state-of-the-art GMP facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Responsible for delivering program objectives on time and within budget while leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned program objectives within agreed time, budget, scope, and quality parameters
Manage cross-functional, multi-site project teams and maintain solution-focused client communication
Monitor program progress and ensure high-quality deliverables
Drive program success through collaboration and leadership

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Science or Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
5+ years direct project management and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
Project Management Professional certification or related coursework preferred
Working knowledge of biologics fermentation, cell culture, purification, and analytics preferred
Professional experience in biologics, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals preferred
