Molding Process Technician – Clarios – Florence, KY As the shift’s primary technical expert, you will troubleshoot, improve injection‑molding processes, and support production goals. Responsibilities Develop and improve the consistency of injection molding machines and processes. Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meet production goals. Evaluate causes of process variation and identify probable causes; interact with process engineering and production supervision as necessary to confirm causes and identify appropriate corrective actions to resolve unacceptable quality conditions. Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times. Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks. Ensure job start‑ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustments. Train, coach, and monitor machine operators to ensure they are following procedures and minimizing scrap and downtime. Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in all areas of daily operations of the department and substitute for the Manufacturing Supervisor in his/her absence. Requirements Minimum 2 years of injection molding experience is required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2‑year technical degree (preferred will substitute education for experience).
