We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. *WE HAVE TWO LOCATIONS- COLUMBIA AND PULASKI*

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with account inquiries, process payments, support loan application activities, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with account-related questions and general inquiries.
• Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service at all times.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold company service standards.
• Accurately process customer payments and transactions.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
• Assist customers with completing basic loan application forms.
• Collect, review, and organize required supporting documentation.
• Ensure customer information and documentation are complete and accurately entered into company systems.

Clerical & Administrative Support

• Enter and update customer information in company databases and computer systems.
• Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Complete general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and document management.
• Assist with administrative projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, administrative, banking, finance, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Skills

• Cash handling and payment processing experience.
• Experience assisting customers with forms and documentation.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
