Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Pay: $32–$40/hour

What You’ll Do

• Execute preventive maintenance across multiple plants, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Partner with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and keep operations running efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation to support performance and compliance
• Support inventory management for spare parts and critical components
• Evaluate equipment condition and recommend upgrades or replacements
• Coordinate with external vendors for facility improvements and specialized repairs
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and performance standards

Work Environment

• Large-scale metal fabrication and stamping facilities
• Exposure to CNC machinery and advanced production systems
• Hands-on work with electrical, mechanical, and automated equipment
• Fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work directly supports production success
• May travel between nearby plants as needed
• Standard PPE and safety procedures in place

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or multi-craft)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing, multi-site operation

This is a Permanent position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
