Base pay range $90.00/hr - $110.00/hr Oracle Resource and Client Services Delivery Location: Remote and potential onsite travel Role: JD Edwards Financials lead Start Date: August LOA: 6 weeks to 15 months " Our Finance team want to re-engage on the Automated Bank Req process with our new bank (Bank of America bank reconciliation experience preferred)." The client is looking to restructure their business from multiple divisions into a single entity. Currently they have 5 active business units (varying level of revenue per unit) and a total revenue range of $600-800 million. They are focusing on the USA with divisions set up across the country. Each division operates independently, but they would like them to operate more in unison. A key question is how much historical data is relevant/required/desired and helping the business understand the implications of that decision. Examples of guidance required: Currently have intercompany billing challenges with values and distribution of people/assets/etc. between companies Purchase orders are unique and could be more standardized Reconciliations within GL and finance have been too cumbersome with multiple entities Contracts with consistent vendors are different based on entity they are working with Personnel silos of employees, need to overcome change management component Security, taxes, ledger setup, HR, etc. and potential complications The resource would help determine the best solution and design a plan around this project to go from multiple decisions to a single entity within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2. The biggest areas of guidance needed are around project management, building the plan, and around financials in JD Edwards to determine the best solution for the project and the implementation. The outside consultant of financials lead and project manager would align with the client project manager and other internal resources as needed for the project team. The ideal timeline would include an assessment/planning engagement to determine scope and strategy and then immediately move into an implementation road map. The implementation go-live would be 1/1/2024, but would involve some areas of plateaus and cutovers throughout that time period. The resource must have gone through a project of consolidating business units into a single entity as JD Edwards financials lead.
