About the Role Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty, and ethics in the treatment of clients. We provide rehabilitation for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex orthopedic diagnoses in patients’ own homes and communities. We are seeking experienced Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver patient‑centered care in Hesperia, CA, and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Why Work Here? Areas of Responsibility Include, But Are Not Limited To Evaluation and treatment of impairments, including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs Qualifications Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program required; Bachelor’s or Master’s in the same discipline preferred Must be certified in the state of California Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and practices, equipment use, OSHA and infection control regulations Experience in treating neurologically related physical disorders strongly preferred Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time‑management skills required Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co‑workers required A valid driver’s license required Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
