What You'll Do

Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you'll help create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom where children build confidence, friendships, and a lifelong love of learning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support daily classroom routines and learning activities
• Create a positive, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment
• Engage children through storytelling, music, movement, art, educational games, and hands-on learning
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Help children build independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills
• Assist with snack time, nap time, outdoor play, and daily classroom routines
• Supervise children to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Communicate children's progress and daily experiences with families
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide high-quality early childhood education
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Passion for working with young children
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Patient, dependable, and caring
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to guide children through social interactions and conflict resolution
• Previous childcare or preschool experience is preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
