Location: Naples, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80K to $110K/year depending on experience, plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
Our private outpatient physical therapy practice is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Naples, FL. This role gives you the opportunity to work closely with patients through each stage of their recovery, from evaluation to discharge planning. You’ll help patients improve movement, reduce limitations, and build confidence in daily function through clear treatment plans and consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and determine therapy needs
• Set realistic treatment goals with patients
• Provide direct physical therapy care during one-on-one appointments
• Progress exercises and treatment techniques based on patient response
• Reassess function, strength, mobility, and pain levels over time
• Provide education on home programs and long-term movement habits

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and treatment planning skills
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered
