O\'Reilly Auto Parts
El Especialista en Piezas proporcionará a todos los clientes minoristas y de instalación un alto nivel de servicio. Este puesto también apoyará la gestión de la tienda en el cumplimiento de tareas asignadas. Se anima a los candidatos bilingües a postularse. Funciones laborales esenciales: Seguir y promover todos los programas de servicio al cliente de la empresa. Saludar rápidamente a los clientes. Asistir a gerentes y clientes profesionales. Completar la capacitación relevante. Proporcionar un excelente servicio telefónico. Mantener la caja registradora. Procesar intercambios y devoluciones. Resolver quejas de clientes. Ayudar con tareas operativas diarias. Operar el equipo de la tienda. Realizar servicios en la tienda para los clientes. Conducir vehículos de entrega cuando sea necesario. Completar otras tareas asignadas.
