What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality physical therapy care within your scope of practice, following established clinical standards. Assist with patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals. Collaborate closely with the rehabilitation team to optimize resident outcomes. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Support residents in achieving their highest level of function and independence. What You’ll Bring: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana. Current BLS certification.
