Class A CDL Driver - Dedicated Regional (Home Weekly | Multiple Western States)

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional dry van account based in Phoenix, Arizona. This position offers weekly home time, consistent freight, take-home truck opportunities, and strong weekly earnings.
Drivers will deliver dry freight throughout Arizona, Utah, and portions of Southern California. This is a physically active position that requires unloading freight at customer locations using a roto-cart system and lift gates.
Pay & Compensation
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500
Average Annual Earnings: $78,000
Mileage Pay
- 0–1 Year Experience: $0.50 CPM
- 2 Years: $0.51 CPM
- 3 Years: $0.515 CPM
- 4 Years: $0.525 CPM
- 5 Years: $0.53 CPM
- 6 Years: $0.54 CPM
- 7 Years: $0.545 CPM
- 8 Years: $0.555 CPM
- 9+ Years: $0.56 CPM
Home Time & Schedule
- Weekly home time
- 34-hour weekly reset
- Truck can be parked at home or a secure approved location
- Consistent dedicated freight schedule
What You'll Do
- Deliver dedicated dry freight throughout:
- Arizona
- Utah
- Southern California
- Average approximately 3 loads per week
- Unload freight using a roto-cart system
- Make lift gate deliveries to customer locations
- Handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform backing and maneuvering in tight delivery locations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

- Take-home truck program available
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to perform frequent physical unloading
- Comfortable lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong backing and close-quarter maneuvering skills
- Comfortable making customer deliveries
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Professional attitude and strong safety record
Training
- One-week mentor ride required
- Dedicated account training provided before operating independently

Important Information
This is a touch-freight position requiring drivers to unload freight at delivery locations. Drivers should be comfortable with physical work, lift gate deliveries, customer interaction, and handling freight on a daily basis. This is not a drop-and-hook or no-touch freight position.
