A 105 bed skilled nursing facility ina suburban neighborhood that currently undergoing exciting renovation project. Our emphasis is on rehabilitation services and long term skilled geriatric care. Job Description

The primary goal of the Concierge is to ensure guests have a pleasant experience during their transitional care stay at The Villa at St. Louis Park.

We are currently looking for a Part-time evening & every- other- weekend Conciergeto continue to provide the additional customer service we strive to meet.

Key Responsibilities include but aren\'t limited to:

• Greet all guests to promote the goals of Villa Healthcare: Exceptional Care, Unexpected Luxury and Passionate Care
• Meet with resident or responsible party within 24 to 48 hours of admission.
• Attentive to resident requests that would better their experience during their stay
• Responsible to manage andpurchase necessary supplies to maintain the Snack Cart
• Ensure resident rooms are ready for new admissions
• Complete tours of the building for any prospective residents or family members seeking placement.
• Will maintain the Customer Service Questionnaires and follow-up and address any concerns that arise
• Expected to make daily rounds to interact and meet with family members and residents.
• Assist with in-house events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Star quality customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent people skills with strong time and project management skills
• Must have a positive "can do" attitude
• Availability to work 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. varying days and every other weekend 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m .
