ABOUT OUR AGENCY
With 32 years at State Farm and 23 in agency, I lead a dedicated team of nine- seven in DeMotte and two in Rensselaer. We offer paid vacation, retirement plan participation after the first year, and a $200 monthly health insurance premium reimbursement for eligible team members. My journey began as a claims representative in 1993, later managing complex injury claims and lawsuits before becoming an agent in 2001. In 2023, I expanded to a second agency in Rensselaer. Our DeMotte office has grown into one of the largest in Indiana by focusing on what matters most -helping one client at a time with personalized protection and exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dave Long - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS
