The Team Our board-certified orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice clinicians specialize in a broad range of areas, including joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine, trauma/fractures, osteoporosis care, and general orthopedic treatment. We provide expert care for conditions affecting the arm, elbow, ankle, hand, wrist, hip, knee, and shoulder, as well as comprehensive diabetic wound care. The Position We are looking for a dedicated orthopedic surgeon to join our expanding team and help provide exceptional care to our patients. While we prefer a full-time physician, this role offers the flexibility of less-than-full-time employment, as mutually agreed upon with the employer. The physician in this role will have the opportunity to perform surgical procedures specializing in joint reconstruction (ROSA robots available), design and implement individualized treatment plans, encompassing preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education, as well as: Manage approximately 24-28 pre-and post-op patients on clinic days Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and personalized care Maintain accurate, comprehensive medical records, documenting patient progress, surgical outcomes, and follow-up care plans Utilize EPIC EMR in all practice settings Participate in monthly total joint committee membership meetings Participate in light practice call (phone-based) with no hospital visits required.
