CALLING ALL CPA’S (This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to work in an office setting.) We seek a licensed CPA in Arkansas (preferred) with recent experience at a CPA firm. Must be willing to work in an office. About Bell & Company Bell & Company is a midsize CPA firm headquartered in North Little Rock, AR, with offices in Conway and Harrison. We have served clients for over 43 years and continue to grow. Job Overview We are looking for a CPA who enjoys preparing tax returns, especially business returns, which may involve complex, multi‑state, non‑profit, or trust clients. The role requires collaboration, communication, and a proactive approach to client service. Responsibilities Prioritize work and complete it accurately and on time. Prepare business and individual tax returns; may perform bookkeeping. Stay current with tax changes and industry standards through continuing education. Communicate effectively, both written and orally. Develop and maintain strong client and coworker relationships. Represent Bell & Company at professional events. Assist in training other Staff Accountants as needed. Qualifications Licensed CPA (preferred) or in the process of obtaining one. Minimum 3 years of recent public accounting experience. Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, UltraTax, PracticeCS, Engagement, QuickBooks (desktop and online). Professional, positive, dependable, able to work independently and collaboratively. Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000+ with a CPA license. Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, and health/dental/vision insurance.
