Job Summary:

• Position Title: Marketing Coordinator (Community Outreach & Sales).
• Location: Rexburg, ID.
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Highly Flexible).
  • Part-Time Option: 20-30 hours per week focused strictly on marketing/outreach.
  • Full-Time Option: 40 hours per week by incorporating operational support work.
• Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually ($20.00 - $30.00 / hour equivalent depending on experience) plus lucrative bonus potential .

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Community Marketing & Outreach: Act as the primary face of our five care business lines, proactively driving census growth and brand awareness throughout the Rexburg area.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, professional referral networks with local healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners, and community organizations.
• Sales & Tour Execution: Lead facility tours, guide prospective residents and their families through the senior care decision process, and oversee inquiries for our home care branch.
• Events & Digital Presence: Coordinate networking events, attend health fairs, and assist with targeted social media marketing campaigns.
• Operational Hybrid Support (Optional): For candidates seeking a full 40-hour work week, you will have the opportunity to take on operational oversight and administrative duties within the home care business.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or senior living outreach is highly preferred.
• Industry Familiarity: Prior experience navigating Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing operations gives you a distinct advantage.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills paired with an energetic, self-motivated work ethic.
• Logistics: A genuine passion for helping seniors and their families, paired with a reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
