We're in search of Full-Time Hybrid Groundskeepers or Seasonal Groundskeepers to join us outdoors for the 2026 season. As a Groundskeeper, you'll play a pivotal role on our dedicated golf team, ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back for more. Utilizing a range of mowers, hand-powered tools, and large equipment, Groundskeepers perform essential maintenance tasks across Turning Stone Resort's renowned golf courses.

Please note: The seasonal role runs from April 1 through October 31. At the end of the season, there may be an opportunity to transition into an indoor position at the resort for the winter months, from November 1 through March 31.

What Does a Groundskeeper Do?

• Operate mowers and string trimmers to maintain greens, tees, bunkers, and fairways on TSRC golf courses.
• Assist with seeding tees, greens, and fairways; edge, rake, and maintain sand bunkers; set tee markers and cups on greens daily; maintain ball washers; repair, sand, and seed divots; remove debris; and maintain flower beds.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Groundskeeper, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license.
• No experience required—just ambition. We'll teach you the rest.
• Ability to operate hand-powered tools and light motorized equipment.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 10–50 pounds.
