Job Description We're hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers for Team Runs \n We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Team Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle unassigned Team runs (URR rotation) within the FedEx Linehaul network. \n What You'll Do - \n \n Operate Class A tractor-trailer in team operations within the FedEx Linehaul network \n Run long-haul, over-the-road routes with consistent miles \n 100% Drop Hook - No-touch freight \n Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections \n Maintain accurate logs and required documentation \n Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or issues \n Comply with DOT regulations and company policies \n\n Pay Benefits - \n \n Pay: \n $0.85 per mile (Regular drivers) \n $0.90 per mile (Existing FedEx drivers) \n Detention pay \n Health insurance \n Paid time off (PTO) \n Special Bonus: $2,000 for existing FedEx drivers (paid as $500 every 3 months for 1 year) \n Miles: 5,000 – 7,250 miles per week \n Home Time: Home every 2–3 weeks \n\n Equipment Used - \n \n New fleet with 2022 newer tractors and automated transmissions \n Freightliner Cascadia (Detroit Engine) Kenworth sleepers \n Double bunk sleepers \n Mini fridge \n\n Requirements - \n \n Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean record \n Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience \n Pass background check \n Pass drug/alcohol screening and DOT physical \n Meet all FedEx Linehaul and company safety requirements \n\n Schedule - At least 4 to 5 days a week (routes may include Dallas, Chicago, Utah Sacramento) \n Terminal Location: 1000 Willowbrook Rd, Northampton, PA 18067 \n Military and veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. \n General Description of Benefits: \n Detention pay Health insurance \n Requirements: \n \n Must possess a clean Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) \n Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience \n Must be able to pass a background check \n Must pass drug/alcohol screening and DOT physical \n Must meet all FedEx Linehaul and company safety requirements \n
