Leasing Agent (Hillsboro) Location: 1401 NE Carlaby Way, Hillsboro 97124 Company: Carla Properties, Ltd. Pay: $23.00 – $26.00/hr DOE + $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after 90 days of employment. Schedule: Full-Time, Thursday–Monday (Tues/Wed off), Weekdays 9am–6pm, Weekends 9am–5pm What You’ll Do As a Leasing Agent , you’ll be the face of Carla Properties at the communities, providing coverage and extra support where needed. Your day will be dynamic—greeting visitors, guiding prospects, supporting leasing activities, and ensuring our properties shine. You’ll collaborate closely with Resident Managers and help maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Welcome and inform prospective residents about our communities Guide prospects through applications, rental agreements, and move‑in processes Accurately enter data and generate reports using Yardi Voyager & Tenant Tech Resolve resident issues with professionalism and care Oversee office workflow, process move‑in/move‑out paperwork, and manage rent collection Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed Support and motivate onsite staff, assist with hiring and training as requested Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Carla Properties’ policies Maintain property appearance and safety standards What We’re Looking For 3+ years of leasing experience (preferred) Excellent customer service and sales skills Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and ideally Yardi/Tenant Tech Stellar attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work weekends and a flexible, roving schedule Professional, dependable, and confident communicator Ability to lift 25 lbs, climb stairs, and perform office/onsite duties Benefits Employer‑paid medical insurance (employee) Optional dental insurance Paid holidays, sick & vacation time 401k with employer match (up to 4%) and immediate vesting Employer‑paid short‑term & long‑term disability, group life & AD&D insurance Employee discounts for apartment homes and storage garages Carla Properties, Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
