• Maximize Our Platform to organize candidate management, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Concentrate on Permanent Placements that add lasting value for clients and yield significant commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership to help enhance both our brand and yours.

• 23+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales

• Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on our specific technology)
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to create something enduring
