What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service, repair, and installation work
• Educate customers and provide options — not pressure or high-pressure sales
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism
• Build trust-based relationships with customers
• Work closely with dispatch and leadership to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain accurate job documentation and invoicing
• Help mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Journeyman / Red Seal license preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
