Assistant Director of Admissions

Position Information Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director of Law School Admissions will manage admissions-related social media, recruit prospective students, review files, and work with student ambassadors. The role requires substantial travel during the fall semester (September – November) and weekend and evening hours. Essential Functions Serve on the committee that reviews a high volume of applicant files. Conduct off‑campus candidate recruitment. Represent the Law School at national and regional recruitment fairs and forums. Maintain correspondence with prospective students. Maintain recruitment calendar for all LSAC forms and Professional/Graduate Fairs. Lead and grow the current student ambassador program and its engagement with admitted students. Manage all social media outlets related to prospective and admitted students. Management Responsibilities Not responsible for supervision or oversight of others. Additional Functions Support the Associate Director in hosting high‑profile Admitted Student Yield Events both off and on campus. Required Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of two years’ experience in college recruiting. Knowledge and Skills High attention to detail. Superior communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites. Preferred Qualifications None specified. Salary Minimum Starting Salary: $66,555 Maximum Starting Salary: $72,000 Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
