Compensation: $70+ per hour

Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist in Salem, OR. If you are a highly competent pharmacist looking for something more than what you have seen in the past, we would love to speak with you.

This role offers unparalleled flexibility - work as few or as many shifts as you'd like, with part-time, full-time, and per-diem options available. Specialty Medical Staffing employees also hold the exclusive opportunity to pick up shifts at our other locations should they choose to. This position also offers travel reimbursement for qualified candidates.

Description:

Dispense prescription medications, offering detailed counsel on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects.
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including efficient inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized space.
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and company policies.
Foster strong relationships with patients and staff.
Supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to best practices.

Position Requirements:

State Pharmacist License in good standing
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
Interpersonal and communication skills
