What You’ll Do As our Industrial Janitorial Supervisor, you will lead by example. You’ll serve as the primary Cleaning Team Lead, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our industrial facility remains safe and spotless. Your role as Sanitation Supervisor involves training staff, managing inventory, and conducting regular safety inspections to maintain our high standards. What You Bring To The Team Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment safety. A "hands‑on" approach to problem‑solving and staff development. Physical ability to stand, walk, and handle equipment for the duration of the shift.
