You will serve as the first point of contact delivering an exceptional five-star luxury concierge experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression that reflects the luxury brand experience.
• Check in clients, verify appointments and accurately enter and maintain customer information within the dealership CRM/database.
• Escort clients throughout the showroom and dealership, ensuring a personalized, white-glove experience from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate communication between clients, sales team, service team and management to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls, emails, and messages to confirm customer satisfaction, appointment reminders and ongoing client engagement.
• Answer and direct incoming calls while handling client inquiries with professionalism, discretion and urgency.
• Maintain accurate customer logs, visitor records, and daily concierge activity reports.
• Manage inventory for customer amenities, office supplies, marketing materials, and hospitality items, always ensuring appropriate stock levels.
• Track caf log, monitoring purchases between sales and services clients
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filling, scheduling document preparation, and record maintenance, lost and found with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain an immaculate lobby area, client lounge, and hospitality spaces that reflect luxury dealership standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations while consistently exceeding clients expectations through exceptional service.

Qualifications :

• Professionalism: Youre polished, personable, and always deliver service with a smile.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
• Experience: 2-5 years in customer service within a luxury environment, such as 5-star hotels or high-end retail. Automotive experience? Thats a bonus!
• Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred our clientele is global, and so are we.
• Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in high-energy environments and can tackle stressful situations with grace.
• Customer-Centric: Resolving issues and anticipating needs comes naturally to you.
• Flexibility: Our luxury clients rely on us when they need us weekends and evenings (up to 8 PM) are part of the deal.

Physical Requirements:

• On Your Toes: This role requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Comfortable shoes (but classy ones!) are a must.
• Immaculate Appearance: You represent various luxury brands, so maintaining a polished and professional look is essential.
