Landscaping TechnicianThe Job Center is hiring Landscaping Technicians for 1st shift. Benefits after 60 days include health, vision, and dental insurance. These are temp to hire positions with a schedule of 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday.Responsibilities of Landscaping Technician:Manage assigned daily routes.Proper operation of landscaping equipment.Perform weekly lawn mowing and maintenance in assigned areas.Clean areas using rakes, brooms, and blowers.Minor repairs to landscaping equipment.Communicate within crews to maintain efficient operation.Requirements for Landscaping Technician:Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).Excellent interpersonal skills (tact/diplomacy, friendly, positive attitude).Strong customer relations skills (build rapport and confidence).Professional demeanor.Awareness of landscaping equipment.Awareness of statutory regulations.Excellent organizational skills (follow up and follow through).Flexible work schedule: i.e., work 45-50 hours per week, some evenings and weekends required.Reliable transportation.Valid Driver's license.
