Senior Systems EngineerEl Segundo/Los Angeles, CA - (Hybrid)Apply to join the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Enterprise Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team. SE&I provides engineering, integration, technical analysis, and subject matter expertise support to the US Space Force and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.As a member of our PNT SE&I team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with government personnel and system developers to ensure that Global Positioning System (GPS) remains the gold standard for positioning, navigation, and timing. A successful candidate will collaborate and communicate with the SE&I leadership team to ensure processes and products are delivered with quality and professionalism.DutiesProvide technical expertise and systems integration support to ensure an optimal integrated GPS System designContribute to the overarching approach and processes for integrating, synchronizing, tracking and analyzing dependencies across programmatic and organizational boundariesDevelop engineering and data models and populate them with up-to-date information to enable automated integration analysesProvide technical support for test activities that characterize system performancePerform and present data analysis that drive decisions on government programsSupport GPS Enterprise Risk & Opportunities managementQualificationsActive Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent technical discipline and nine (9) years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experienceExperience working across space, ground, and user segment organizations to coordinate and identify system requirements and key performance parameters to ensure end-to-end mission performance requirements are metExperience with system architecture developmentStrong interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teamsMust be able to work well in multi-team setting, and willing to take on additional technical and administrative tasks/duties as neededSpace vehicle as well as other GPS related experienceExperience and familiarity working with DoD acquisition organizations
