Job Purpose Provide best‑in‑class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches and delivering them to our neighbors. Duties & Responsibilities Drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws. Work in‑shop when not delivering orders. Adhere to the Team Member Handbook policies and procedures. Maintain and foster company culture. Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread). Maintain store cleanliness. Maintain food safety and workplace safety. Maintain store and equipment safety. Qualifications Must be 18+ years old. Must be listed as a driver on the auto insurance for the car used for deliveries. Must be a fan of sandwiches. Must be coachable. Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic. Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the required test. Must have a state‑required Food Handlers Card. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be eligible for a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Working Conditions Fast‑paced, moderately loud environment. Music plays throughout the day.
