Housekeeper

Full-time
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
- Clean outdoor windows, pick up trash around entrances and sweep doorways.
- Remove debris sidewalks
- Empty trash
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms (to include supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap).
- Wash and clean windows and mirrors
- Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them
- Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.
Typical Physical Demands: The job duties require an employee to bend, reach, stoop, stand and/or walk for extended periods. The job also requires comfortability using a ladder. Must be able to lift and move at least 50 pounds. Travel Requirements: Must be able to use your own vehicle and travel between Boone sites. Salary Description
