Sr Pr. Therapy Development Rep - Buffalo/Pittsburgh/Cleveland

Senior Therapy Development Representative at Medtronic will drive adoption of new vascular products and therapies within an assigned territory. The role combines sales strategy, clinical education, and account management to grow market share and establish new business relationships across hospital systems and physician networks.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales budgets and account development targets while exceeding annual operating plan expectations
• Identify and activate new accounts, driving adoption of vascular technologies through targeted sales strategies
• Train medical staff and develop physician champions to support new product adoption through institutional review processes
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, and decision-makers to advance therapy uptake
• Maintain market intelligence on competitors and communicate sales leads and account activity to management

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 12+ years relevant sales, clinical, or healthcare experience
• Associate's degree plus 10+ years relevant experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8+ years
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time
• Prior experience selling medical devices in hospital or operating room settings preferred
• Deep knowledge of vascular device products and operating room protocols
• Strong ability to train and educate clinical staff on new therapies and technologies
