  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, ensuring relevant goals and objectives are established.

  • Effectively employ evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method during telehealth sessions.

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

  • Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards and support continuity of care.

  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA regulations during virtual communications and record-keeping.

  • Engage in regular online case consultations with a dedicated remote team of clinicians to share insights, discuss complex cases, and enhance therapeutic efficacy.

  • Utilize various telehealth platforms and technologies to facilitate seamless and effective therapeutic interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

  • Must hold an active LMFT license in California or states where client services are provided.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
